Selection Principle:
1. Ball bearings have a higher limit speed than roller bearings, so ball bearings should be used first.
2. When the bearings are running at high speed, ultra-light, extra-light and light series bearings should be selected (when the inner diameter is the same, the smaller the outer diameter, the lighter and smaller the rolling element, and the smaller the centrifugal inertia force generated correspondingly);
3. The material of the cage has a great influence on the bearing rotation speed. The solid cage allows a higher speed than the stamped cage.
4. The limit speed of the thrust bearing is very low. When the working speed is high, if the axial load is not very big, angular contact ball bearings can be used to bear the pure axial force;
5. If the operating speed exceeds the bearing sample, you can use methods such as increasing the tolerance grade, appropriately increasing the clearance, and using circulating cooling.
